The program is run by Pest Control Technology (PCT) magazine and Best Companies Group, and it recognizes just 25 companies across the United States and Canada each year. The full list appears in the August issue of PCT magazine and on pctonline.com.

Why this award means something to us

Plenty of awards are decided in a boardroom. This one isn't.

The selection process has two parts. First, Best Companies Group evaluates a company's policies, practices, philosophy, benefits, and workplace systems. Second — and this is the part that matters most to us — they survey the employees themselves, confidentially, to measure what it's actually like to work here day to day. The two scores are combined to determine the final rankings.

In other words, our technicians, office staff, and service pros are the ones who put us on this list. That's the recognition we're most grateful for.
